Junior Clinic Summer Session 1 Red Ball

8 and Under


Junior Clinic Summer Session 1 Orange Ball

This class is designed for the beginning 10 and under. The orange ball and the shortened 60 court will be used at this level. This player has limited stoke technique and is not yet able to sustain a rally. Basic stroke fundamentals (ground strokes, volleys, serves and overheads) will encompass the majority of the drilling. Skill-based games are introduced as part of the curriculum. Participants are introduced to rallying as their technical skills are becoming more proficient.


Junior Clinic Summer Session 1 Green Ball

This class is designed for beginning 12 & under players. The green ball and standard full length court are used. This player has limited stroke technique and is not yet able to sustain a rally. Basic stroke fundamentals (ground strokes, volleys, serves and overheads) will encompass the majority of drilling. Skill-based games are introduced as part of the curriculum. Scoring systems are introduced and participants are establishing the rally as technical skill is become more proficient.


Junior Clinic Summer Session 1 Yellow Ball ITP

INTERMEDIATE TRAINING PROGRAM (ITP) Designed for the intermediate to advanced players age 14 and under. Participants are preparing for tournaments and organized play. Shot and stroke specific drills, live play simulations, and match experience are used to help build a balanced all court game. Mental and physical fitness are incorporated. These players sustain a live rally, serve proficiently, and have knowledge of all rules and scoring systems. Match play sessions reinforce the practical application of both singles and doubles.


Junior Clinic Summer Session 1 Yellow Ball HTP

HIGH SCHOOL (CO-ED) TRAINING PROGRAM (HTP) The HTP is designed for high school and select middle school tennis players. Participants are preparing for tournaments and organized play. Shot and stroke specific drills, live play simulations and SAT Classmatch experience are used to help build a balanced all court game. Mental and physical fitness are Incorporated. These players sustain a live rally, serve proficiently, and have knowledge of all rules and scoring systems. Additional emphasis is placed towards team dynamics and doubles strategy.


Junior Clinic Summer Session 1 Yellow Ball ATP

ADVANCED TRAINING PROGRAM (ATP) Vettas top performance class. The ATP is intended for the advanced player preparing for competitive USTA and organized match play events. A technical, tactical, and game-based approach is employed to ensure premier stroke production and strategic match play. Specialized training involving video analysis, point construction, fitness, and mental balance are core aspects of the curriculum. Fundamental doubles strategy and an all court singles game are long term goals. Participants actively compete in Regional, Sectional, (MVTA), or National USTA tournaments.
